Paul Foisy is the founder and principal lawyer at Foisy Law, where he combines over 26 years of Alberta legal experience with a client-first approach built on integrity, clarity and results.

Fluent in both English and French, Paul brings a unique bilingual background and deep local roots to his practice. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta’s Faculté Saint-Jean in 1994, followed by a law degree from the Université de Moncton in 1997 where he completed his studies entirely in French.

Since being called to the Alberta Bar over 26 years ago, Paul has practiced in a wide range of legal areas and appeared before all levels of court in Alberta. His current focus includes Personal Injury Law, Wills & Estates, Employment Law (including severance reviews) and basic Corporate Law for small businesses.

Paul founded Foisy Law Offices in 2014 to serve the residents and business owners of St. Albert and the surrounding area, creating a community-based practice grounded in honesty, accessibility and personal care. His reputation is built on providing straightforward advice, practical strategies and exceptional client service.
